Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, Inc. seeks a compassionate 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) for Cherokee County, GA.
The role supports medically fragile students during the school day and during required transportation, following physician orders and IHP/IEP requirements. The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered Georgia LPN license, current CPR/BLS certification, pediatric or school nursing experience, and the ability to coordinate care with families, school staff, and district personnel to ensure safe
Formación
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience with pediatric, school nursing, home health, or medically fragile students preferred.
- Experience with seizures, G-tubes, oxygen, asthma, cerebral palsy, or nonverbal students preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Provide 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile students in a school setting.
- Assist with transportation-related nursing needs when required.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, district personnel, and healthcare providers to ensure safe access to education.
- Adhere to physician orders, IHP/IEP requirements, and nursing standards.
