Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is hiring licensed practical nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home across Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ. The role supports tra ch, ventilator, and G-tube care with weekend/evening/overnight coverage options and opportunities for part-time, full-time, or supplemental hours.

Flexibility is emphasized, with multiple cases and the potential to build a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting.
• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team.
