Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• 1 year pediatric experience (home or acute care).
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• New Jersey driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care — support comfort, safety, and daily needs with compassion and skill.
• Partner with families and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure high‑quality care.
