Job summary

The position emphasizes teamwork, health-related tasks as trained, and custodial duties within a cohesive school setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional credentials welcome for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or college credits/ParaPro assessment may be required/accepted.
• Experience in reading instruction, remediation, and assessment is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic spelling, math and grammar; able to pass background checks and meet health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct individuals or small groups under teacher/specialist supervision.
• Perform instructional and clerical tasks; supervise students and assist with health-related procedures as trained.
• Travel with students using local transit or district vehicles; support safe, structured learning in a team-teaching setting.
