Job Title: 1:1 Nurse (LPN) at BAYADA Home Health Care

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at BAYADA Home Health Care. We are seeking compassionate professionals passionate about pediatric and adult 1:1 care to serve in Somerset County.

Role Details:

• Traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours)
• Hands-on care with a single client
• Building client relationships and observing milestones
• Client age ranges from infants to geriatrics

Typical Day:

• Travel to a client’s home near you
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Assess and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current, in-good-standing nursing license in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $21-$33/hr, based on qualifications and shift preference
• Flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, per diem)
