Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited, private 1-to-1 school for grades 4–12. We seek a Math and Science Teacher to create personalized lessons, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with energetic colleagues.

You’ll maintain student records and grow professionally in a supportive, student-centered campus community. Earth through Calculus, Biology through Astronomy are among the subjects, with curriculum provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential are a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses; curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.
