Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12. We are hiring a Math and Science Teacher in Spring, Texas, to design personalized lessons, shape schedules, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to support each student’s academic, social, and emotional growth.

You’ll teach a broad range of math and science courses with curriculum and resources provided; a Bachelor’s degree is required, teaching credentials are a plus, and a growth mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences and mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset and flexibility to pivot and problem-solve.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
