Job summary

Fusion Academy in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Math and Science Teacher to deliver fully personalized 1-on-1 instruction for grades 5–12. You’ll design lessons, mentor students, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to shape a supportive campus culture.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or credentials are a plus, and experience with diverse learners and social-emotional growth is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or a credential are a plus.
• Ability to teach diverse science and math topics (Earth, Biology, Physics, Calculus, etc.) with provided curriculum.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Teach one-to-one and adapt lessons to individual student needs.
• Mentor students and support social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to campus life and culture.
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in professional development.
