Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited private school for grades 5–12, offering 1-to-1 math and science teaching. As a teacher, you’ll shape schedules, design lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include teaching a broad range of science and math topics with provided curricula, mentoring students, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses — curriculum provided.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
