Starting Date: Immediately
The 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), under the clinical supervision and direction of the School Nurse/Nurse Leader, provides individualized nursing and healthcare support to an assigned student with medical needs during the school day and school-sponsored activities.
The LPN works collaboratively with school nursing staff, the student’s family, healthcare providers, teachers, and other school personnel to support the student’s health, safety, well-being, and access to educational programming.
Schedule: School year position. Work schedule and other terms and conditions of employment shall be as set forth in the individual Employment Agreement with the Winchendon School Committee.
Compensation: $45,675
Location: As assigned.
