Job summary

Guardian Residential Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home support in Alexandria, VA. The role includes helping with daily living skills, meal prep, and independent living activities.

The position requires fluent English, reliability, and empathy. Schedule includes evenings and weekend shifts to assist a client in the home and maintain quality of life.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – In-Home Support

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Guardian Residential Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home support services in Alexandria, VA.

Schedule

• Monday - Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support in the person's home environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal goals.
