Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-to-one care in patients' homes across a flexible schedule. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, building meaningful relationships daily.

Role emphasizes personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and accurate reporting to the office nurse. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, ability to lift 25 lbs, and are willing to complete onboarding; CPR/First Aid and active HHA/CNA certifications are

Qualifications

• 1 year caregiving experience within last 2 years under RN supervision.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work independently in patient homes.
• Willing to complete background check and onboarding.
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfer, and ambulation.
• Provide meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Monitor and report changes to office nurse.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned area.
