Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our specialist forensic home in Wallington. You will provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 60s with learning disabilities and a forensic history, helping him stay active, connected to the community and live as independently as possible.

You'll follow approved support plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in training to keep high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker is beneficial but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Willing to work rota including long days, sleep-ins and morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 60s with learning disabilities and a forensic history.
• Follow support plans and risk management strategies while collaborating with colleagues and professionals.
• Encourage independence, daily living skills and community involvement.
