Job summary

Cosmo is seeking experienced educators to join their team as K-12 tutors on their platform. Tutors will provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction focusing on math and ELA, setting their own schedules. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years of teaching experience in grades K-12. The position is part-time as an independent contractor, paying $20 per class plus incentives. Significant commitment is needed, including 20 hours per week and availability from 3-10 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math.
• Teaching license is preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a Windows or Mac PC.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
