Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized assistance based on IEP and student needs.
• Support participation in classroom instruction, learning activities, transitions, and routines.
• Assist in developing independence, self-confidence, and self-advocacy skills.
• Maintain predictable routines and structured learning environments.
• Reinforce instructional accommodations and strategies identified by staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and administrators to support the student.
