The Bangor Regional Therapeutic Day Program seeks an Educational Technician III, 1:1, Grade 2. 7.5 hours/day (7:30-3:30). The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 90 credit hours and experience with emotional disabilities. Strong behavior-management and team collaboration are essential.

ABA DTT and Safety Care knowledge are a plus. May include toileting support. Salary ranges from $21.47 to $28.36 per hour, with an additional $1.50/hour for Bangor Regional Program staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or 90 credit hours
• Experience with emotional disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary
• Must communicate effectively with students and staff
• Previous experience in elementary/high schools preferred
• Excellent supervision and behavior management skills
• Ability to implement IEPs and behavior plans
• Team-oriented and willing to learn Safety Care Strategies
• Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
• Familiarity with ABA discrete trial instruction
