Job summary

The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is seeking 1:1 Education Support Professionals for Williams Elementary School in Bridgewater, MA, serving students with or without disabilities in a substantially separate classroom.

Role involves supporting instruction, documenting progress, and coordinating with teachers and therapists to meet individualized goals in a calm, respectful setting. CNA certification preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

CNA certification preferred and demonstrated work with individuals with disabilities.
Experience in educational, healthcare, or behavioral settings preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, patience and willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Support instruction designed by general and special educators to meet individual student needs.
Monitor and document student progress and assess IEP goals.
Communicate with classroom teachers and service providers regularly.
Reinforce learning and follow behavioral and educational accommodations.
Assist with personal care tasks including toileting and daily living activities.
Implement de-escalation strategies to maintain a safe learning environment.
