Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Continuous Observer to support nursing staff by providing constant patient observation, basic comfort services, and safe environment maintenance under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include one-on-one monitoring, assisting with feeding and mobility, and timely documentation of patient behavior, while adhering to policies and respecting patient rights.

Competenze

• The ability to follow directions, written and verbal.
• Verbal skills, hearing, sight and manual dexterity required.
• Must be comfortable working with a diverse population and communicate with compassion.

Mansioni

• Provide continuous one-on-one observation for patients at risk of self-harm or injury.
• Assist with feeding, trays, and mobility including getting patients in and out of bed.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and document patient behaviors.
• Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient status or appearance.
• Stay with the patient at all times, including emergencies and follow training and policy.
