Job summary

Allegheny Behavior Analysis Services (ABAS) in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking staff to support children aged 2-6 with ASD in a center-based, on-site setting. The role involves 1:1 instruction under a BCBA, implementing ABA and Verbal Behavior techniques, and using data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Applied Behavior Analysis experience is preferred.
• Mandated Reporter certification is required.
• FBI clearance (DHS) and related acts are required.
• Child Abuse Clearance and PA State Police Clearance are required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 instruction with children.
• Follow a treatment plan coordinated by a supervising BCBA.
• Utilize naturalistic teaching and encourage communication and play.
• Take data throughout sessions using the data collection app.
• Write objective and quantitative session notes after each session.
• Participate in monthly clinical reviews to analyze progress.
• Attend monthly professional development trainings.
