Job summary

COLOR THE SPECTRUM LLC seeks a Behavioral Technician to deliver 1:1 sessions in homes, clinics, schools, or community settings. You will implement individualized plans, teach essential skills, and record progress with care and accuracy.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families while maintaining confidentiality and a positive, compassionate approach. A high school diploma is required, with paid RBT training often provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED minimum; some roles prefer college coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Certification: Paid training to obtain the RBT credential is common.

Responsibilities

• Direct Therapy: Deliver 1:1 intervention sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Skill Building: Teach communication, social skills, play, and self-help independence.
• Data Collection: Accurately record and track client behavior and progress during sessions.
• Collaboration: Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, families, and clinical teams.
• Environment Support: Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment in homes, clinics, schools, or the community.
