STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, collaborate with families and team members, and help create a safe, positive learning environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
