Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention in Kent, Washington is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents with emotional behavior disorders and disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in psychology, social work, education, or a related field.
• Desire to work with students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain a safe environment for all students and staff members.
• Follow behavior plans created by a BCBA.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or people with disabilities

Education
