Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington in Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland/Kent/Renton, WA, is seeking full‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT). Starting rates are $30.00/hour for RBT and $26.00/hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues, teach communication and daily living skills, and document progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
