Job summary

Devereux Day Academy in Landenberg, PA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support and mentor students in a private day school setting. You will work 1:1 with children and adolescents, implementing behavioral interventions and safety protocols under supervision. The role emphasizes collaboration within a clinical team and ongoing professional growth.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, year-round. Starting pay is $24.00–$27.36 per hour, with benefits eligibility after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification from BACB.
• At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children.
• Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting.
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors.
