Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB.
• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children.
• Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting.
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors.
