BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings in Jarratt, VA. The role offers evening and Sunday hours (M/T/W/Th 4-7pm; Sundays 9am-12pm).

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus health-care related experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data; adhere to policies.
