Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings under BCBA supervision, focusing on improving communication, self-help, and social skills. You will collect progress data and coordinate with the supervision team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 3pm–5pm schedule, hourly pay of $18–$25, and eligibility for health insurance benefits for part-time staff who qualify.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus six months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Coordinate work with management and staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
