Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our therapy team. You will provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings under supervision. Hours are Monday-Friday 5-7:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months of prior related experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor; track client progress and data.
• Teach communication, self-help, and social-skills; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management and staff; maintain confidentiality.
