FamilyPath Autism Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician in Stoughton/Milton, WI. You will provide 1:1, play-based behavioral support to young children with autism and follow plans to build communication and daily living skills. No prior experience required; paid training and support are provided by a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and assist with child movement.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based behavioral support to young children (18 months to 5 years).
• Follow individualized treatment plans focused on skill development and positive behavior.
• Accurately document session progress and communicate with supervisors and families.
