Job summary

FamilyPath Autism Services in Madison, WI is hiring a Part Time Behavior Technician to support young children with autism through play-based, 1:1 behavioral services. No prior experience is required; paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided.

You will document progress, follow treatment plans, coordinate with families and the clinical team, and help children develop communication, social and daily living skills. The schedule is predictable with weekend and weekday options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play‑based behavioral support to young children (ages 18 months to 5 years).
• Work with 2–3 clients per week, with 2–3 sessions per week per client.
• Follow individualized treatment plans focused on skill development and positive behavior.
• Accurately document session progress using company‑provided technology.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, teammates, and families.
• Work independently during sessions while being supported by a clinical team.
