Responsibilities

• De-escalate challenging behaviors and support social-emotional development.
• Coordinate transitions and supervise during lunch, specials, and other times outside dedicated classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists and service providers to meet student needs.
• Assist with training paraprofessionals and provide float coverage when needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in development of behavior plans.
