Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection related to individual student programs.

• Intervene, monitor, and document behavior during crisis situations including time-out and physical interventions/restraint.
• De-escalate problem behavior within the school setting.
• Accompany students and implement behavior systems during specials, lunch, recess, and other times.
• Train and supervise other paraprofessionals in behavior management and crisis intervention.
