Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic in Madison Heights, MI, supporting children with autism and their families. Our campus hosts four clinics designed to meet needs at every life stage, with a focus on the whole family.

We offer 1:1 ABA therapy, parent training, speech and occupational therapy, counseling, and autism testing. Compensation includes $20/hour starting for RBTs with 1+ year of experience, plus monthly bonuses and tuition savings, with strong benefits and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Maintain active RBT certification.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during 1:1 therapy, and 2:1 when directed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living (ADL) skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and safety training.
