Job summary

Links ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children develop communication, social, and independence skills under experienced supervision, with ongoing training and feedback.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, data collection, coordination with a BCBA, and sharing progress with families. Part-time, with afternoons and evenings available in the Livingston area.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and autism is preferred.
• Data collection and progress tracking experience appreciated.
• Ability to collaborate with BCBA and families.
• Strong communication and compassion for children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
