Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect data on goals during sessions and work with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, while supporting families with progress updates.

Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, requiring reliable transportation and a passion for helping children and families. Training and mentorship are provided by experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
