Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, building communication, social, and independence skills under supervision, with ongoing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a BCBA on behavior plans, and share progress updates with families to reinforce skills at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
