Amego is hiring compassionate individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in Franklin, MA, at homes and center locations. Training and certification are provided. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible schedules to fit personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Training and certification provided.
• Flexible schedules for part-time and full-time roles.
• Experience with autism support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings to children and adolescents with autism under supervision.
• Teach social, play, and communication skills.
• Teach and assist with self-help skills to promote independence.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect and record data during direct treatment sessions.
• Lead social skills groups and collaborate with families.
• Write daily therapy session notes and participate in team planning.
