Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education is hiring for entry-level and experienced RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. We offer training, supervision, and a clear path toward RBT certification and BCBA aspirations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with ASD is preferred.
• Reliable, patient, and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technology skills for data collection and entry.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community-based settings (based on client needs and location).
• Implement behavior and skill-building programs.
• Collect session data using technology.
• Work closely with a BCBA using evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET).
