Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Tucson, Arizona to conduct personalized ABA therapy that fosters independence in children with Autism. Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy sessions, implementing behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, and supporting families in skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BT experience in providing ABA therapy.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting to client homes.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Support children and families in promoting independence and positive behavior.
