Job summary

A dedicated ABA treatment provider in Tennessee is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA interventions to clients with autism under the supervision of Behavior Analysts. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to professional growth. RBTs will work closely with clients in various settings and receive comprehensive training and benefits, including competitive wages and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred.
• At least 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records.
• Support parent and caregiver training.
