Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Valley Center, Kansas. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA guidance.

Applicants should have or be pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and pass a background check. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
