Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Satanta, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under supervision of a BCBA, and you will collect and document data on client progress.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18–$23/hour, certification assistance, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. A HS diploma and RBT certification are required or obtainable; travel locally may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
