Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school, implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and help families achieve measurable progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling up to 30 hours per week, paid training and certification support, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, child-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
