Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. The role offers flexible, part-time/per diem scheduling with ongoing supervision and mentorship to support your growth.

RBT certification is a plus but not required. Per diem work with local opportunities in New Jersey, paid training, and a small, collaborative team help you build a rewarding early career in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
