Job summary

Pacific Autism Learning Services (PALS) is seeking part-time Behavioral Therapists to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism in Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas. You will learn to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for early learners in home and community settings.

No experience is required, as we provide a comprehensive training program. PALS also offers paid training for BCAT credentialing, supervision, and mileage reimbursement for travel to client

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment.
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment.
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children with autism in home and community settings.
• Travel to client homes and community settings; mileage and drive time paid where applicable.
