Job summary

A leading behavioral therapy service provider in San Mateo is seeking full & part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, including the opportunity to earn a BCAT credential. The position requires reliability, transport, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass and maintain a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment.
• Must provide a TB clearance and proof of immunity to specific diseases.
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment.
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis and documentation of physical ability to perform services prior to employment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies.
• Learn and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for young children with autism.
• Participate in the comprehensive training program provided by PALS.
• Supervision is available for BCBA and BCABA candidates.

Pacific Autism Learning Services (PALS) is seeking full & part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children with autism in San Mateo and surrounding areas. In this position, you will learn to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for young children with autism.

No experience necessary, as we provide a comprehensive training program.

PALS also provides paid training for you to earn a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) credential. Supervision is also available for BCBA and BCABA candidates!

Competitive pay based on education and experience, plus mileage and drive time.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must pass a maintain a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment in accordance with company policy
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis AND documentation of physical ability to perform services prior to employment in accordance with company policy
