Job summary

PALS Autism is seeking Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy to young children with autism in the San Mateo area. No experience is required as a comprehensive training program is provided, including paid BCAT credential training and supervision opportunities for BCBA/BCABA candidates.

Competitive pay based on education and experience, plus mileage and drive time reimbursement. You will travel to client homes and community settings, delivering individualized behavior

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass and maintain a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment.
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment.
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis AND documentation of physical ability to perform services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavioral therapy to young children.
• Learn and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required (paid mileage & drive time).
• Participate in comprehensive training program for new staff.

Pacific Autism Learning Services (PALS) is seeking full & part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children with autism in the San Mateo and surrounding areas. In this position, you will learn to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for young children with autism.

No experience necessary, as we provide a comprehensive training program.

PALS also provides paid training for you to earn a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) credential. Supervision is also available for BCBA and BCABA candidates!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must pass a maintain a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment in accordance with company policy
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis AND documentation of physical ability to perform services prior to employment in accordance with company policy
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance

Must have reliable transportation and will travel to client homes and other community settings, as required, to provide services (paid mileage & drive time, where applicable)
