Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.

Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $22.00–$26.00, mileage reimbursement, and drive time compensation, with opportunities based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred).
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
