Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, one-to-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to generalize skills.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility, HS diploma, reliability, and strong communication are required; driving to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
