Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings in Jupiter, FL. The role includes direct client contact, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans, communicate progress to families, and maintain ethical and professional standards in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• RBT certification (Not required to get hired)
• Minimum 1-year experience working with children

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in home, community or clinic setting
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationship with clients and their families
• Implement treatment plans as outlined by the BCBA
• Record data for all goals during ABA sessions
• Communicate progress to parents in writing and verbally
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
• Attend trainings and supervision sessions with BCBA
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards
